Bockshornklee Sprossen – Gesundheit
Die Nutzung von Bockshornkleesamen und Sprossen für gesundheitliche Zwecke hat in Indien und Nordafrika aber auch in unserer Naturheilkunde eine lange Tradition. wurde der Bockshornkleesamen in unseren Breitengraden schon als Wundermittel angesehen,

Wissenschaftlich
gesehen ist wenig bewiesen was die Versprechen der meisten Nahrungsergänzungen

Studien und Untersuchungen was die chemische Zusammensetzung aber auch die pharmakologischen Wirkungen angeht wurden in den letzten Jahrzehnten intensiviert. In klinischen Studien konnte der Bockshornklee seine pharmazeutischen Anwendungen unter Beweis stellen. Dazu gehören Eigenschaften und Wirkungen wie:

Auch bei verschiedenen Frauenleiden konnte Besserung erzielt werden. Phytochemisch wirksame Stoffe im Bockshornklee wie Steroide, Alkaloide, Saponine, Polyphenole , Flavonoide, Lipide, und Hydrocarbonsäuren konnten für diese Wirkungen verantwortlich gemacht werden.
Bockshornklee bei Diabetes mellitus
In zwei Studien konnte nachgewiesen werden, dass der Verzehr von Bockshornklee zur Regulierung des Blutzuckerspiegels beiträgt. Anhand von Tierversuchen konnte festgestellt werden, dass der Blutzuckerwert innerhalb von wenigen Wochen um etwa 50 Prozent gesenkt werden konnte. Auch eine Normalisierung der Blutfettwerte konnte festgestellt werden, ohne dass dabei der Insulinhaushalt beeinträchtigt wurde.
Bockshornklee bei Parkinson
In einer im Jahr 2014 durchgeführten Doppelblindstudie mit 50 Parkinson-Patienten, konnte ein deutlicher Rückgang der für Parkinson typischen Symptome durch die Einnahme von Bockshornkleeextrakt festgestellt werden. Es wird vermutet, dass es zu einer Verhinderung der Schädigung bestimmter Nervenzellen durch Bockshornklee kommt.
Keimung Bockshornklee Sprossen
Bockshornklee Sprossen sind anspruchslos in der Keimung. Gut wässern über 6 -8 h und dann im Sprossengarten oder Glas mäßig feucht halten. Schon nach 2 -3 Tage hat man tolle Gewürzsamen. Auch größere Grünsprossen lassen sich leicht ziehen. Die Samen dazu immer gut spülen und belüften, so dass kein Schimmel entsteht. Die Samen können zwischenzeitlich und je nach Stadium schon mal etwas bitterschmecken. Suchen sie sich ihr Stadium, was ihnen am besten schmeckt.
Ernährung Bockshornklee Sprossen
Bockshornklee Sprossen sind unter den Würzsprossen erste Wahl. Sie sind nicht umsonst Grundlage verschiedenster Gewürzmischungen und Currys. Im Sprossenstadium lassen sie sich leicht trocknen und zu Mehl verarbeiten. Auch über einen grünen Salat oder als Sprossensalat zusammen mit Zitrusfrüchten eine gute Kombination und Vitaminbombe.
Bockshornklee Samen gibt es als Standard meist im Bioladen in guter Qualität zu kaufen.
